Resourcing the small church pastor

I'm confident our desire is the same—to see people live transformed lives! 

Transformation is what breaks people out of their past and compels them toward a God-honoring future. LeaderSource was created from my desire to rally, encourage, and uplift all pastors, but especially the small church pastor!

There is nothing like personally walking men, women, and children through the highs and lows of life. I've seen it all, been touched by it all, cried, cheered, prayed, questioned my ability, and clung to the cross just to make it to another Sunday... but God has been awesome!

LeaderSource is not trying to be another Life.church, or Lifeway. Those resources are amazing and a blessing to the church. What I post and offer here is from the trenches and perspective of small church life, what I've researched, and what I've written.

Because I pastored a small church, I could not afford big seminars, conferences and yearly subscriptions. Instead I personally developed each step of discipleship and vision-building for my church. It worked, and I want to offer what I've learned to you. In addition to practical resources at an affordable price, I plan to give tons of stuff away too :)
