VisionBuilderLT Track overview:

It is vital you develop and communicate a clear Vision for your church. In this VisionBuilderTrack

“A great mountaineer can conquer any mountain, but if he is climbing a mountain with the wrong map he will never reach the top ­— the map and the mountain must match.”

Each leadership principle in this course contains three sub-points providing a scaffold on which to create your unique Leadership Pathway:

1 - Step Objective: This defines the “why” and the objective of the step.

2 - Team Discussion: This point provides content and ideas your team can use to develop your Leadership Pathway.

3 - Pathway Stepping Stone: This final point provides room for your team to create a stepping stone upon which all leaders will walk. At the conclusion of this book, you will have a clearly defined pathway based on all six stepping stones.
